1 Year Anniversary on BUDDYSLIM!!!! Yeah I made it and I’m still here going strong!!!!
WOW! I guess time does fly just sitting here at my desk reminicsing and realizing that a year ago today I weighed a whopping 281 lbs ugh! I was miserable and just didn’t know where or what to do. I got on-line to actually look up weight loss items and stumbled across buddyslim and have never looked back! It has been a tremendous journey and I have made loving and caring friends. Two of my first buddies were TONI (and she is a very special friend now and my little sis.) and Maggie (MAGZ) they are TEXAS girls and the love came overflowing. But they answered one of my first blogs and it has been great since then. KAMA followed and LYSSA was a few months down the road. I joined the HOTRODS and just simply loved it! Will be returning to my DIAMOND team once I get situated with my move!!!
I have managed to lose 61 lbs and there have been ups and downs; but for the most part I have kept my weight in tact! Words of wisdom for my buddies: Continue no matter what; and never ever give up! It is a battle that you can win; and it is so much easier with friends! To all of my old and new buddyslim buds thanks so very much for all of your love and support . And the best thing about Buddyslim: “It’s not just about weight loss” Dr. Marc thanks for a wonderful site and thanks to all the wonderful people here on buddyslim: STAY POSITIVE!!!
Off to OHIO tomorrow to visit family for memorial day weekend! Will be on my best behavior lol lo lol

Lovely one year ramble Angela. Wow! 61 pounds lost in a year. Amazing and you truly inspire me every single day. You’ve taught me what not giving up is all about. You’ve taught me that when things get tough, that’s when you just suck it up and get on with the program. Thank you for that.
