Motivation and Encouragement - Set a GOAL with a Buddy!
The best way to get motivated and be encouraged is to set a goal with a buddy i.e. me and Rochelle worked hard on posting full body bathing suits at the END of the month, but Missy was so cute in hers she posted it early lol lol. But in all seriousness it’s a great way to not only have fun and encourage each other but you can hold each other accountable until you reach said goal. Although I fell down at one point Rochelle was quick to encourage and let me know how at times I was there for her. So this blog is dedicate to her and so many of my wonderful buddies: I AM HERE TO MOTIVATE AND ENCOURAGE YOU! I pray that I have done this for so many of you and to Rochelle I just want to say that I am so very proud of you and you had to show me up huh lol lol
My full body bathing suit will come at the end of the month and I am so dreading it especially seeing how good my buddy Rochelle looks but hey a deal is a deal is a deal or can I say: NO DEAL!!! lol lol Just kidding I too, am a woman of my word.

You’ve certainly been one of my BIGGEST motivators Angela!! When I see your before and after pictures I’m totally amazed and ready to follow in your footsteps.
I did learn I can’t do South Beach, but I’m finding my way and I think I found what works best for me!!!

Can’t wait to see the pic Angela! I’m sure you will look fantabulous! I agree, I have a buddy that I have goal with as well and it keeps me totally motivated. Since I live in PA and she lives in Canada, we both got pedometers and track our steps everyday to see how long it will take us to walk from my house to hers! ok angela i just got teary eyed girl…. you have been that motivation and rock for me too!! i fell and slip and let hard ships bring me down and i lost focus you were the one who was there for me everyday even when i wanted to just sit on my pitty pot you lifted my spirits and helped me realize my main goal should not just be the weight but myself in general.you have always been an inspiration to me with how motivated, strong willed, positive, caring person that you are. yes its true it helped me stay on track when we made our deal at times i had moments where i almost ate that cheeseburger and said oh no i made that deal i better not lol. thank you for being my friend and most of all my rock youre the best chic xoxoxo you know i love ya (FYI you look amazing i cant believe its the same person from before you rock)

Angela, don’t compare yourself with others, you hear me? Compare your new pictures to your OLD ones!!! That’s a phenomenal difference, right there. The difference in confidence, in your smile and posture, and in healthy, glowing woman that I see on Buddy slim every day.
