Loved your report of the 4 lb. loss. You ROCK!! as my grandson would say. The plan I am on is for reducing blood fats. No meat, fish or chicken, No dairy, No breads or rolls, just oatmeal, barley, soy and vegetables, fruit and fish oil (Omega3)capsules. A multi-vitamin every day. I love finding new recipes and shopping for new foods. Sounds crazy, but I am feeling great. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Love, Marge
