Okay guys….It’s 4:25 a.m. time for Billy!!! lol Great water facts too!

Well I must admit I was totally exhausted last night and guess what Tatiana I was in bed at 8:45 p.m.  I came home walked on my treadmill (35 minutes - burned 215 calories)as Dupree did homework lol. Then I cooked dinner and did my last bout of tae-bo at 7:40 p.m. talk about wiped out! WHEW but it felt so good.  Now it’s time to start the madness again….lol

I can’t go to CURVES this morning at 6:00 a.m. because hubby is doing a double so I’ll do another bout of tae-bo or HIP HOP ABS (don’t really like it but I have to try it) anyway gotta run buddies have a great day and drink all of your water.  Read an article on why H20 is so important. 

We usually retain alot of water weight due to the sodium we consume so you should watch your sodium intake as well (salt) it’s in practically everything soda, candy, gum and it makes you retain water so when you drink enough water and flush out your system it’s a natual cleansing agent (learned that from Jillian (on the biggest loser) so that’s why it’s important to load up on the stuff. And try to drink crystal light it has no calories, no carbs and no sodium and it taste good!!!
