I made it! A wonderful mini-family reunion with my daughters - PRICELESS!!!
Well I did it! I made it all the way to West Virginia and back to PA in one day without any problems! 12 hours (my legs were a little tired, but it was worth it). It was a little icy driving on the way down but it was smooth sailing on the way back home. Brittany looks great and we had a wonderful time talking and reminiscing! When we arrived home - Heather came in after 5 minutes and the sisters just hugged and kiss and chatted practically all night long! Heather hasn’t seen Brittany since August when she left for college. I forgot all about my other problems. It’s great having the girls around and I had not one single complaint! Tasha - you were right the ride down alone help me to reflect on some things and come to some decisions for my life!
The rest of this year will be great! Thank-God I need some “great” times now! And I’ve decided to go home (OHIO) for Christmas and New Years. Since I’m such a good driver and all lol. No I really just want to see my mom and family and we’ve never really spent the holidays together so I’m driving there December 28 - 2007 through January 1, 2008! And it’s so funny then my mom and nephew will be flying here on January 7, 2007! Oh well you never can get enough of your family!!!
Special shout to Jackie for talking with me half way on my journey and checking in and out to make sure I was okay while I was driving! And another shout out to my BESTEST BUDDY - TONI for always being there for me and for making me smile once I returned home and found a beautiful Christmas card from her and Kris - you simply always know when and how to make me smile!!! Thanks girl! And to all the rest of my buddies have a wonderful day and thanks so much for your prayers, love and support!!!!
What a beautiful morning! Well it’s now 4:25 a.m. off to do my TAE-BO hubby is (you guessed it) working a double!!!!!
