Okay; so I cheated this weekend!

And not on my husband with food - lol lol Yes it happens to the best of us. I had two slice of pizza on Saturday afternoon and then I ate some shrimp fried rice in garlic sauce! I have decided to go back on Phase I of my low carb diet no fruit, no white stuff for the next two weeks.  I know it’s not the end of the world as my husband says but how in the world can I stall over 200+ pounds that is so weird, but my spirits are still high and I know for a fact you hear me for a fact; LET ME YELL IT LOUD AND CLEAR…..I WILL BE IN THAT SIXTY POUND CLUB THIS WEEK LOL LOL ! I’m going to do more walking on the treadmill and CURVES 5 times this week and tae-bo only twice! Also I’m not weighing myself until my official weigh-in on Saturday or else I might have to kill my scale lol Have a great day buddies!

    Angela, the pizza wasn’t gonna kill your diet, the garlic sauce however might. Stop obsesssing about it, its over now, but the extra workouts will help! Great job admitting the mistake, and I wanna see you in the 60lb loss club this week! I am gonna hit 50lbs too! I am so excited for us! We can do it! Thanks for the morning notes, it always motivates me!

    I know how frustrating it is when the numbers on the scale dont move down.

    They will though just stick with it.
    Sounds like you have a great plan for the week and you are gonna kick things into high gear again.
