No weight loss this week…I know, I know but it still makes me sick!!!

I know I’m losing body fat and I appreciate all the responses I got on my blog but it still makes me sick! I worked so hard to reach the 60 lb club this week and didn’t lose a single pound. Okay I lost inches but I’m a woman and unfortunately we measure our success on the scale going down….not staying the same and definitely by not going up. Well there is a silver lining my clothes fit great, I look great and feel great so that should account for something. So Sharky, my buddy, maybe next week I’ll make the 60 lb club; but for sure not this week. I stayed the same! blah ugh!! Of f to teach my class this morning….Have a great Saturday everyone!

It seems to me that after all your fabulous weight loss you have reached your first plateau. YES it sucks. But you know better than to despair. Remember all those words of encouragement that you gave me when it happened to me? Just stick to it. Don’t eat to little. Don’t skip breakfast. Don’t give up. Have a treat once in a while to shock the system. Zigzag the kcals. And drink water! AND DON’T WORRY!!!!

I feel your pain, actually was up 2 this week, and I wokred out hard! We gotta just keep plugging away, It has to come off, and I know it will! I love the way my clothes fit, too! So yes there sure is a silver lining! Have a great one!

I know how frustrating it is when you don’t lose but I also know you are going to stick with it and lose real soon.

Hang in there! Yea, I hate it when those scales don’t move too! But those inches off, Woo Hoo and the clothes fitting better, Woo Hoo! You go, girl! You are doing so amazing! You are an inspiration to me!
