Good-Morning Buddies…Its’ 4:38 a.m. Time for my Treadmill run!

Okay so now I alternate in the a.m. between my tae-bo and treadmill and leave CURVES for the evening.  It’s working out pretty well. I’ve started running on my treadmill now for at least 10 minutes and then walking it out!  It’s working pretty well and I believe that is why I’m thinning out lol Anyway wanted to write my blog early have a big day at work today. Everyone have a wonderful day and let’s pray for all those in California with the wildfires including our buddy Belle!  Have a great day everyone!  Okay Lori and Helen where are my early a.m. buddies?

It’s 5:15 a.m. just ran for 10 1/2 minutes (WHEW) out of breathe and did my challenges for my buns. I’m exhausted going to take a shower and relax until time for work. See you guys later! (WHEW)

Hi, I’m a new comer to buddyslim and already have found you to be an inspiration. I am not consistant enough with exercising like I should be. I would do good for a week then by the weekend, I’m off track. I have a treadmill at home so I’m gonna start by getting on it! My question to you is, did you change your eating habits or did you not have a problem with junk food like I do :)

I’m with Sharky….. 4:38am is just plain wrong. I mean I feel like I’m messing with the laws of nature by getting up at 6:00am to go to the gym, any earlier than that is too terrorfying to contemplate!

But seriously…. way to go. Starting the day off with a run is gotta be great for you and probably sets you off to be in the right frame of mind all day. I find that when I go to the gym in the morning I tend to do much better eating during the day because I feel so virtuous and it would be a shame to ruin that.

I have to echo everyone else!!! YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION!!! Now that I am back form vacation and getting closer and closer to the wedding I am getting back into things full swing ahead. i think I am going to try your method and get up earlier and go to the gym in the mornings before work, and then Curves int he evening. Wish me luck!!!!

Two workouts a day is definitely an inspiration!! Have you considered something like a couch to 5k program? This program will gradually train you to be able to run a 5k, and it includes some incremental training, which, I have heard, not only builds endurance, but helps a bit more with the weight loss.
