Well it’s 4:32 a.m. and usually Helen and I from the UK talk because of the time frame. I think more people are really just tired and have left buddy slim, but I pray most of us have not. If you have not set up a URL address you need to in order to post a blog. Also today is my weigh-in WHEW so psyched Iwill not even tell you unofficially because I can’t beleive it myself but my hard work and determination is still paying off….I’ll get back with everyone this afternoon. Helen oh helen where are you? Tell Ollie I said hello and sorry I missed you guys this morning!

Girl, hope i hope that that weigh in is great. The scales are always scary. Hope you lose all the weight you want

I agree. I think there are alot of people who don’t like the change and most are struggling with it. Even though I have most of it down there are still somethings I am working on trying to figure out. Keep up the good work.
