Hi Angela, don’t let life get you down, we all have our off days with our men! I am currently invovled in a difficult discussion with my man….he wants us to get married (as soon as!) and I am just not ready to go down the isle AGAIN (yes I have failed before) Keep smiling and just think of how wonderful it is going to be seeing your nephew at the end of the month. xxx

    Hi Angela,

How could anyone not be speaking to you!  I bet you married a great guy though didn’t you?  Don’t dwell on the fight and think of the qualities you married him for OK?  The worse times in my life are when my husband of 25 years are fighting.  When you were both young and had nothing but each other were you happy?  Of course you were. If he was gone today you would forget all about what you are fighting about.  Life is so short.  Someday I will tell you why I feel that so acutely, but not today.  Be especially proud that you stayed on your plan under this kind of stress.  Be thinking of ya -

My goodness, life does seem stressful for you right now.  When I was about to read your blog I thought it was going to say you ate and ate.  But life is throwing you these curve balls and it seems like you are handling them beaUtifully.  Way to go Angela for staying on your plan.  Keep up the great work.

I think it’s really great that you are still on your plan.  I think that’s a big factor in our weight loss is if we still stay on plan whether we are having good days or bad.  Sorry to hear about the fight.  I’ve been there before so I can relate.   Sometimes I think in those situatations it’s good to vent and make your point and then eventually be a peace maker by finding some solutions.  That no speaking stuff can last for days if you’re not careful and then nothing gets paid or figured out.  Good luck girl, I hope you can work it all out.

Oh my. Oh my oh my oh my…

huh… why do these roads of ours always have to be SO BUMPY? Someone put some asphalt or concrete or whatever you’re supposed to use on them ASAP!!!!

Don’t be unhappy dear. We help each other. We’re much better off because of it than most people. Things will get better. Money can’t do much when you’re really sick or alone. It’s bound to get better soon, so just hang on.

Wow!  All that and you are still eating healthy!  Praise God!

From a spiritual side, I suggest to worship and pray and forgive your husband ASAP.  It will lift your day.

Seems to me that whenever we try to take steps in positive directions, the enemy of our souls steps ups his game.

Well, first of all, let me say that I admire and respect you for not over-eating.  As an emotional eater, I would be half way through a bag of Ranch Doritos and lining up my Kit Kats that would be next!!!  You’re awesome Angela and although it may not feel like it right now, things WILL get better but I agree with Wonder Woman, try to talk through things and figure things out.  Like Lidecka said, money issues can be resolved, maybe not as quick as you would prefer, but at least it’s not something serious like a health issue.  Whenever I feel overwhelmed by money issues I just remind myself to take it one day at a time and that when I die, I won’t have to worry about those bills anyway, so why stress so much when I’m alive?!?!?!  Maybe that’s not the best way to look at things but it sure helps me……
