NO APPETITE

Last Sunday, June 3, 2007, I started on a strict low-carb diet and it’s really working.? The rewards 6 pound loss this week!? I am full eating my meals and this morning I had to pratically?force myself to eat and couldn’t even finish a small serving of eggs and ham (not the green ones sam I am) lol.? WHEW this is really amazing I never thought losing weight could be so much fun and enjoyable!? Now don’t get me wrong I miss my rice, potatoes and bread, but for the sake of losing pounds I can do without.? I’m even restricting myself from some of the fruit did you know oranges, pineapples, grapes are some of the highest sugar fruits and an apple has 100 calories whoa!? But as I lose I will gradually add these back to my diet right now my mind is set on a goal and MAGZ you know the goal to be the BIGGEST LOSER!! LOL? Anyway I hope everyone has a fabulous day and coming later my pix….yeah!!!!!

    I have been doing South Beach for a month now and I am amazed that I do not have severe cravings for carbs or sugar!!!  Way to go and keep up the good work!!

    It is kind of fun sometimes!  There is some excitement when you weigh yourself knowing that you have done all the right things and have worked hard!  Congrats to you and keep it up!

    It is soooo refreshing and uplifing to read your bloggie . You’re going to have an amazing day today! Btw, I know fruits are high in sugar and also hi in GI, dash it, but I love them too much. I cut out the starhy stuff, but I need my fruit to stay a fruitcake !
