Excited!
Well I was very excited until I notice that one of my buddies was down; but you all keep her in your prayers and encourage her!!! Anyway I lost 2 pounds in my weigh in yesterday and I was really happy! The key to weight loss as I found out is to eat breakfast…I’m also working out in the morning Tae-bo and Curves in the evening. I do 100 sit-ups after each exercise and I’m shooting for 4 pounds next week. slowly but surely the weight is coming off and the size 18 is already starting to get too big! YEAH!!!!
